Local presence has always been one of our customers’ favorite features of our Intelligent Dialer for Salesforce. It’s easy to see why. With Local Presence, SDRs can connect with up to 400% more prospects by automatically ensuring that a local number appears in their caller ID screen. But until now, dynamic Local Presence has only been available for U.S.-based area codes. We’re excited to announce that your sales team can now establish a local presence internationally!
Revenue.io now offers the ability to truly establish an international presence with no manual effort. Reps can simply dial international prospects and Revenue.io will match the outbound country code to the number you’re dialing. For example, if you’re dialing Germany, your prospect will see a number in their caller ID featuring the +49 country code. But if you dial London, your prospect will see the call coming from a number with the +33 country code. Establishing a local presence is especially important when making international calls, as prospects are far less likely to answer sales calls from another country.
As we all know, sometimes sales calls are unanswered or go to voicemail. But our Local Presence feature is intelligent enough to ensure that all calls back are automatically routed to the right rep. The original outgoing number will appear at the top of the dialer as a reference for the rep.
