Revenue.io Moments is now available inside Zoom meetings.

What this gives you:

Before, coaching only happened after the call. Now you can get guidance while the conversation is happening, when it matters most.

What is new:

Your conversation insights are no longer limited to English-only calls. Users can select up to 23 different languages for live transcription with Moments.

Coaching Feedback, Now Built for Customer Success and Support

What is new:

Revenue AI now provides coaching feedback specifically designed for non-sales roles, starting with Customer Success Managers and Support teams.

What this gives you:

Not everyone is in sales, but everyone has important conversations with customers. Whether you’re helping a customer adopt new tools or solve an issue, you now receive structured feedback to improve how those conversations go.

Two new coaching frameworks are now available within Revenue AI’s Coaching Feedback:

  • Customer Success Alignment Methodology (CSAM) for Success teams 
  • Customer Support Engagement Framework (CSEF) for Support teams

These give Revenue.io the context to understand what great non-sales conversations look like and how to guide improvements.
