  1. Open the Analytics page to view all your conversations and opportunities in one place. This gives you a complete view of performance and pipeline.

  2. Go to the Conversations tab and select any recorded sales call to begin using Revenue AI.

  3. Once the call is open, review the AI-generated summary automatically created for quick, accurate insight.

  4. Use the AI follow-up tool to generate a complete email summarizing the conversation’s key points and next steps. It’s automatically saved in your drafts.

  5. Navigate to the Scorecards tab where every conversation is automatically scored using your custom selling methodology.

  6. Visit the Coaching Feedback tab to access AI-generated coaching insights that make it easy to deliver targeted feedback at scale.

  7. On any conversation, click the Revenue AI chat icon in the bottom-right corner to ask a question.
