How to Switch Between Your Dedicated Number, Local Presence, and Legacy Number in Conversation AI

Learn how to manage your outbound calling identity and choose the number that aligns best with your outreach strategy.

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner to begin configuring your outbound call preferences.

  2. Click on Outbound Numbers to manage and customize your caller ID strategy.

  3. View all available outbound numbers in one place. Edit existing numbers or add new ones to fit your outreach needs.

  4. Click Add New Outbound Number to register a new phone number for outbound calls.

  5. Enter a label and phone number, then complete the quick verification steps to activate the new outbound line.

  6. Once verified, return to the Outbound Numbers settings to continue configuration.

  7. At the top of the screen under Outbound Number, choose whether to use your dedicated dialer number, local presence number, or original number.

  8. Click the number field to view available options, then select the one you want to use as your active outbound caller ID.
