Open any conversation to access the transcript, create highlights, and share key moments with teammates.
Click “Create a Highlight” to begin capturing an important moment from the conversation.
Select the specific segment you want to highlight, then click “Complete Highlight” to finalize the selection.
Confirm the highlight to capture the moment and prepare it for sharing.
Name your highlight so it’s easy to find later, then click “Save” to store it in your library.
Click the three-dot menu next to any saved highlight to open sharing options.
Choose the teammate or team you want to share the highlight with. Add a brief message explaining why it matters and how it can benefit them, or any additional context that may be needed.
Click “Share” or copy the direct link to send the highlight instantly to the right person or group.
