After each call, a reminder banner appears prompting you to enter a call disposition.
Open the Call Tools tab to access the disposition form and complete the process.
Add a disposition, call rating, post-call notes, or even use a template to summarize the conversation.
Choose a disposition like Follow Up Later, Wrong Number, or Meeting Set to accurately capture the call outcome.
Insert team-created templates for efficient summaries and consistent follow-up procedures.
Click Save to log your notes and disposition, automatically syncing all details to the Description field of the Salesforce Call Activity.
On the Salesforce contact record, click the call you just logged to view the full notes and outcome.
On the Task record in Salesforce, you’ll find complete disposition details and a clear activity history, giving full visibility into what happened and what comes next.
