How to Quickly Review and Search Call Transcripts

Use transcript search to locate a word or phrase in a call. Use the Keywords tab to review tracked topics and jump to their marked moments. These are complementary ways to find evidence without replaying the whole conversation.

Search the full transcript

  1. Open the conversation you are authorized to review and scroll to its transcript.
  2. Enter the word or phrase in the transcript search bar.
  3. Review each match and listen to the surrounding audio. A mention alone does not establish buyer intent.

Find tracked keywords and topic moments

  1. Open the Keywords tab to see the terms and topics surfaced for that conversation.
  2. Select a keyword topic. In the walkthrough, blue dots on the timeline mark the matching moments.
  3. Select a dot to jump to that part of the call and review the surrounding exchange.
  4. Explore available themes, such as BANT, Pricing, Objections, or Filler Words. The topics available depend on your team’s setup.

Use annotations and questions for follow-up

Open Annotations to review or add a note to a relevant segment. Use Questions to review the questions surfaced from the conversation and identify unresolved follow-up. For coaching, capture what the buyer said, how the rep responded, and a specific alternative to practice. Avoid treating a keyword count as a complete assessment of the call.

If a match is missing

Check you opened the right conversation and that a transcript is available. Search an alternate spelling or a shorter phrase, then listen to the audio to check transcription. A term can appear in the transcript without being configured as a tracked keyword. If the transcript or topic options are unavailable, confirm processing and access with your administrator.
