How to Access a Call Recording from RingDNA
Learn how to access, review, and analyze call recordings directly from the RingDNA Dialer and Conversation AI.

In Salesforce, click the phone number linked to the call to open it directly in RingDNA.

Click the blue Conversation AI link to launch the full conversation view. This link is available for any call over 60 seconds.

From here, you can listen to the full call recording, search the transcript, review keywords and questions, and explore key metrics all in one place.

Switch to the Admin View to review call recordings at scale across your team.

Start by clicking into Reports to explore call performance metrics and access the Call Recordings tab.

Click View Report under Call Recordings to display all available recordings within RingDNA.

Refresh your report view to ensure you’re analyzing the most up-to-date conversation data.

Use sorting and search options to locate specific recordings, then click Examine this Salesforce record to see how call data connects with CRM fields.

Select the Conversation Recording ID to dive into that specific conversation and its associated AI analysis.

Click to view the recording URL in the Conversations tab and unlock advanced AI-powered insights and metrics.

On the conversation page, review the full transcript and listen to the recording within a single, streamlined view.
