How to Create and Save Your Go-To Prompts in Ask Revenue with Prompt Favorites

Learn how to favorite your most useful prompts in Ask Revenue for quick, consistent insights across every conversation.

  1. Open Ask Revenue in any conversation or opportunity. Use a suggested prompt or ask your own question to uncover insights from the call.

  2. To favorite a prompt, ask your question, then click the star icon next to it in the conversation history. This saves the question for quick access later.

  3. Once starred, your prompt is saved as a favorite and can be reused anytime.

  4. Your saved prompt will appear in the suggestions panel when you open Ask Revenue. Click it to fill the search bar with your prompt automatically.

  5. Ask the question instantly with one click, without needing to retype or copy from notes.

  6. To remove a prompt from your favorites, click the star icon next to it again.

  7. When the confirmation pop-up appears, click Remove to delete the favorited prompt from your suggestions.
