Easily access and play back any recorded call in RingDNA. Just open the conversation, scroll to the recording, and click Play to review the call for follow-up, coaching, or insight.
Click on the contact record in Salesforce to open it directly in RingDNA.
Once inside RingDNA, select the Activity tab to view recent calls, messages, and notes.
In the Activity tab, locate the desired call and click the green Play button next to it.
The call recording will begin playing, enabling you to review the conversation for insights, follow-up actions, or coaching purposes.
