How to Access a Call Recording from Salesforce

Quickly find and listen to recorded calls directly from Salesforce, with transcripts and AI insights included.

  1. Within the Conversation object in Salesforce, click the recording link (if available) to jump directly to the related conversation in the Revenue App. You’ll be able to play the recording based on your access permissions.

  2. Initiate the voice recording feature to capture customer requirements directly within the system for follow-up or documentation purposes.

  3. After opening the recording, you’ll be redirected to the Conversations page. There, you can review the full audio, read the transcript, and explore all available Conversation AI features for insight and coaching.
