Set up SMS and MMS messaging for your team and create templates to streamline outreach.
Prerequisite
To send SMS or MMS messages in the United States, your business must complete both a Business Profile and A2P Campaign Registration to comply with A2P10DLC messaging regulations. See: Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS Registration Requirements.
Log into the Admin Console and select RingDNA from the left-hand navigation. Then select SMS to begin configuration.
Locate the SMS toggle and click it ON.
Accept the SMS Agreement to enable SMS for RingDNA Communications Hub users.
Click Enable SMS Messaging.
Click Save to confirm your settings.
To activate templates, toggle Enable SMS Templates to ON.
Click Create Template to begin building your first SMS template for consistent team messaging.
Enter a Template Name.
Enter the SMS Message content.
Set visibility by selecting specific Users or Teams in the Teams field.
Choose the appropriate Teams from the populated picklist.
Click Submit to save the template.
Enable the SMS Template by checking the box next to its name.
