How to Send and Receive SMS Messages in RingDNA

Manage text conversations directly in RingDNA. Send messages, receive replies, and stay connected without ever leaving your workflow.

  1. Open the Messaging Hub to access all your SMS conversations. This includes received messages and sent replies.

  2. Click the Dial Pad to send a new message. Enter the recipient’s number, type your message, and click Send.

  3. Alternatively, type the number directly into the dialer, then click SMS to start your message. This is great for quick, direct outreach.

  4. Explore your Contacts database to find existing leads or contacts you’d like to message.

  5. Click the message icon next to any contact to initiate an SMS conversation.

  6. Write your message in the text box and click Send to deliver it instantly through RingDNA.
