How to Send and Receive MMS in RingDNA

Use MMS in RingDNA to send and receive images, videos, and other media files. Enhance communication with visual content. Revenue makes this easy to do without leaving your workflow.

  1. In the Messages tab, send and receive MMS messages by sharing images or media directly with your leads and contacts for more engaging conversations.

  2. Click the plus (+) icon in the message window to attach an image or media file via MMS.

  3. Select the file you want to share and click Open to instantly attach it to your message.

  4. Confirm your media has uploaded, review the file details, and get ready to send.

  5. Click Send to deliver your message and attachments directly to your contact.
