How to Record and Use Voicemail Drops in RingDNA

Save time by dropping a pre-recorded voicemail with one click. Record custom messages and use them during calls to leave consistent, professional voicemails without repeating yourself.

Start by opening the Settings menu in RingDNA to access your voicemail drop options.

Navigate to the Voicemail Drop section to manage your pre-recorded messages.

From here, you can edit existing voicemails or click Add Voicemail Drop to create a new one.

Record your message, give it a clear name, and click Save to store it for future use.

Customize each voicemail to sound natural and address frequent prospect scenarios.

When you’re on a call and reach voicemail, click Voicemail Drop in the top right corner.

Select the pre-recorded message you want to use, and it will automatically be left for the contact.

Your voicemail is now delivered, letting you move on to the next call quickly and efficiently.
