Use DialNext to call through your Salesforce lead lists quickly. This automatically queues the next contact, allowing you to stay focused, efficient, and productive with every dial.
Open the Settings menu in RingDNA to enable DialNext.
Toggle the DialNext Caller setting from Off to On.
Go to Salesforce and click the Revenue.io Click-to-Call icon on any record in your list view. This opens the record in RingDNA, and the next contact in the list will be automatically queued.
Click Dial Next to start the call. Use the arrows to move forward or back through the list.
When you reach the final record, a red End of List button will appear, signaling that you’ve completed your call sequence.
Click DialNext Preview to open the next record in RingDNA without dialing immediately, giving you a chance to review details before making the call.
