Stay in control of your recordings with the ability to pause and resume during live calls. Use this feature to protect sensitive information or pause during off-topic moments, then resume when you’re ready.
Click the call icon to start a call and access the pause and resume recording feature.
During the call, click the red recording icon to pause the call recording. Use this when sensitive information is being discussed or a break is needed.
When you’re ready to continue recording, click the red pause icon again to resume. The conversation will now be recorded from that point forward.
