How to Optimize Your Screen for Real-Time Coaching with Moments™

Set up your workspace for peak efficiency with the Moments™ panel. Monitor real-time insights and coaching prompts, whether you’re on one screen or two.

  1. Start by splitting your screen between the RingDNA Dialer and Salesforce. Once your call begins, the Moments™ panel will automatically appear.

  2. For a single-screen setup, position Salesforce on the right and the RingDNA Dialer on the left. Then click the Moments button in the Dialer to open the real-time coaching pop-up alongside your call.

  3. If you’re using a dual-monitor setup, consider moving Salesforce to another window. Then open a new browser tab and go to moments.revenue.io to launch the standalone Moments app.

  4. With Moments and the Dialer on one screen, and Salesforce on the other, you’ll have a clean, high-visibility layout. This is ideal for real-time coaching and effective call execution.
