How to View Your Alerts and Clear Your Inbox in Conversation AI

Stay on top of key updates by using the Inbox tab in Conversation AI to manage alerts, flagged calls, coaching requests, and more.

  1. Select Inbox from the Conversation AI menu to view your alerts. The number displayed indicates the number of notifications that require your attention.

  2. Your Inbox opens with all notifications displayed by default, giving you a centralized view of what needs review.

  3. Sort your notifications by date, filter by type, or narrow results by user to quickly focus on high-priority updates.

  4. Click any individual checkbox to select specific notifications, or use the top checkbox to select all for efficient bulk actions.

  5. Use the options bar to Delete, Mark as Read, or Mark as Unread. This helps you stay organized and current.

  6. After selecting Mark as Read, the selected items will be cleared from your alert count, giving you a refreshed and up-to-date inbox.
