How to Log In to the RingDNA Communication Hub

Learn how to access the RingDNA Communication Hub and log in securely using your organization’s Salesforce custom domain.

  1. When you first open the RingDNA Communication Hub and click Login, you’ll be redirected to Salesforce’s standard login page to authenticate your account.

  2. To log in with Single Sign-On (SSO), click Use Custom Domain and enter your Salesforce domain URL. This ensures you’re redirected through your organization’s secure SSO process.

  3. To find your custom domain, open any Salesforce page and check the URL. This should look like MyDomainName.my.salesforce.com. Enter this domain into the field, click Continue, and follow your organization’s SSO login flow.
