How to Listen to a Call in Conversation AI

Quickly access and listen to any recorded call in Conversation AI. Use playback, transcript navigation, and annotations to review and share key moments.

  1. Click on any conversation to access and listen to the full call recording. There is no need to download, and no tab switching required.

  2. Click Play to begin listening instantly. Watch the video recording and follow along in real time within the same screen.

  3. Use built-in tools like playback controls, highlights, and annotation features to enhance your review experience.

  4. Scroll to the transcript section to search keywords or questions. Click any line of text, and the video will automatically jump to that exact moment.

  5. Click Annotate to add notes at any point in the call. This is ideal for capturing insights, follow-ups, or coaching comments.

  6. Click Create Best Practice Library to save standout moments. Curate these examples to share what “good” looks like across your team.
