How to Customize Your RingDNA Greeting

Discover how to create, manage, and deploy personalized voice greetings in RingDNA to maintain a professional tone and improve the caller experience.

  1. Open the Settings menu to access your RingDNA personalization options.

  2. Click the Custom Greeting feature to begin creating personalized voice messages.

  3. View and manage all your existing greetings in one place. Easily listen to, edit, or update them to match your workflow.

  4. Click Create New Greeting to enhance the customer experience with a personalized message.

  5. Record and label your custom greetings. Assign one for out-of-office replies and preview it at any time.

  6. Record a new message tailored for specific situations, such as campaign greetings, out-of-office notices, or personal intros.

  7. Save your new greeting so it’s stored in the system for future use.

  8. Select when and how the greeting should be automatically deployed based on your availability or workflow.

  9. Look for the open door icon to quickly identify and manage your Out of Office greeting when you’re unavailable.
