How to Flag a Call for Coaching in RingDNA

Request feedback with just one click by flagging a call for coaching. Perfect for getting manager input or identifying opportunities for improvement.

  1. Start a call in RingDNA. Once it begins, you’ll have the option to flag it for coaching directly from the interface.

  2. During the call, click Coach on the right-hand side to flag the conversation for review. Your coaching request will be automatically submitted once the call ends.
