How to Instantly Find Keywords in Any Conversation

Learn how to search for any word or phrase to jump directly to key moments, making reviews, follow-ups, and coaching more efficient.

  1. In any conversation, scroll down to access the Keywords tab, where you can instantly search, scan, and review important terms from the call.

  2. View a complete list of keywords mentioned in the conversation and explore relevant topics for follow-up and review.

  3. Click on any keyword topic to see exactly where that term was mentioned during the call.

  4. Each time your selected keyword appears, it’s marked with blue dots along the call timeline. Click any dot to jump directly to that moment.

  5. Explore keyword themes such as BANT, Pricing, Objections, or Filler Words to surface insights quickly and take action faster.
