How Call Forwarding vs. Calling Over VoIP Works in RingDNA

Choose how you want to make and receive calls. This can be done either through your computer using VoIP or by forwarding calls to another device. Enable call forwarding in RingDNA to route calls to your mobile or desk phone for added flexibility.

Open the Settings menu to review or add Call Forwarding options.

In the Call Forwarding section under General Settings, click Add New to enter a forwarding phone number.

Enter a name and number, then click Verify. You’ll receive a verification call. Next, follow the prompt to confirm, then click Save once verification is complete.

Toggle Call Forwarding to ON to begin routing calls to your selected number.

Click the Call icon in RingDNA to place a call; it will be forwarded to the number you specified.

The call will now route through your forwarding number. You can toggle Call Forwarding ON or OFF anytime from the Settings menu.
