Ensure top call quality by tagging conversations for review. Use the Report Call option to highlight issues, provide context, and trigger quick support from your team.
Start a call in RingDNA. Once it begins, you’ll have the option to tag it for quality review directly within the dialer.
At any point, even before the call connects, click Report This Call to flag the conversation for review.
Customize your report by selecting a call rating and choosing an issue category, such as Dropped Call, Audio Issues, or Other.
Add a detailed note to provide helpful context. This makes it easier for the Revenue.io team to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Click Send to submit your report. You can complete this step while the call is still active.
Your call has been reported successfully. The Revenue.io team has been notified and will begin reviewing the issue.
