Stay informed and prepared by reviewing all your call, email, and message history directly in RingDNA. There is no need to switch tabs or dig through records.
In the RingDNA Dialer, you’ll see two tabs at the top. It defaults to Details, showing key contact info. You can keep Salesforce open alongside RingDNA for full context.
Click the Activity tab to see a complete history of past interactions with the lead or contact, including calls, emails, and messages.
Click the message icon to view the full message thread with the contact. This is perfect for reviewing past conversations.
Use the filter option to sort activities by type. Quickly surface call logs, email history, or message threads.
This works for both contacts and leads. Open any record, switch to the Activity tab, and view all your logged interactions in one place.

Outbound calls longer than 90 seconds trigger an AI-generated smart summary. You can review the summary instead of re-listening to the full call.
Click the green arrow to view contact details and activity side by side. The layout automatically updates as you switch between contacts.
Click the green play button next to any call to play the recording for review or coaching instantly.
