How Moments™ Real-Time Coaching Is Set Up in Revenue.io

Admins set up Moments in the RingDNA Admin Console, configuring triggers, templates, and keywords to deliver real-time guidance during live calls.

  1. Go to https://analytics.revenue.io, click Coaching, then select Moments to open the Moments™ Console, where you manage templates, triggers, and usage tracking.

  2. In the Moments Console, view all templates in one place. Add or edit them easily, and assign each to a specific representative or team for tailored, real-time coaching.

  3. Click Create Notification to start building a new Moment.

  4. Choose who should receive the notification. This can be all users, specific teams, or individual reps. Then click Next to continue.

  5. Choose the types of conversations the notification applies to. This can be all calls or specific conversation types. Click Next to proceed.

  6. Select from four notification types:

    • Checklist – Guide reps through specific call actions

    • Guidance – Provide real-time talking points or suggestions

    • Behavior Alert – Flag call quality issues for improvement

    • Compliance Reminder – Ensure legal compliance during calls

  7. In this example, select Guidance to send suggestions when a competitor is mentioned. Enter the trigger phrase, then click Next.

  8. Name your notification (e.g., “Competitor Mentioned”) and customize the message reps will see, including differentiators and suggested questions.

  9. Review the configuration summary and click Save to activate the Moment.

  10. Click Add Template to apply a prebuilt Moments™ coaching template based on best practices.

  11. Customize the template as needed. Update the content, assign to teams or reps, and define specific triggers. Then click Save.

  12. Click All Moments to view active templates, assigned users, and use toggles to enable or disable each one.
