Stay close to your team’s performance with RingDNA’s live call monitoring tools. Use Listen In for silent monitoring or Monitor for deeper insight. This is perfect for coaching, quality control, and team alignment.
In the Intelligent Dialer, click the Team icon to view your list of reps. When a rep is on a live call, the Listen button will appear below their name, along with the name of the lead or contact they’re speaking with.
Use the Status dropdown to filter reps by availability, including Online, On Call, Busy, or Break, so you can quickly find who’s actively engaged.
Click the Team dropdown to filter by team (e.g., Sales, Implementation) and focus your monitoring on the group you need.
Sort the list by recency or rep name for easy navigation.
Click Listen to join the call in listen-only mode to hear the conversation live without interrupting it.
Click Unmute to speak, Whisper to coach privately, or Send Note to deliver real-time written guidance.
Use Send Note to give feedback during or after the call. The note is emailed to the rep and automatically logged in Salesforce under the call activity.
