Learn how to quickly search, favorite, and create leads or contacts without leaving the RingDNA Communication Hub.
Go to the Contacts tab to access your complete contact database and manage all customer relationships from one place.
Use the search bar to quickly find leads, contacts, and associated companies in your CRM.
Use the drop-down filter to search for other RingDNA or Salesforce users. By default, you’ll see your most frequently contacted records for fast access.
Click the star icon next to any contact to mark it as a favorite. Favorites help you keep high-priority contacts easily accessible.
Click the Favorites tab on the Contacts page to view and manage your starred contacts. From here, you can call, message, or email them just like you would from the main list.
You can also manually favorite contacts by clicking the star icon at the top right corner of the Contacts page.
To create a new contact or lead, click the Add New Contact button. Choose whether the record is a lead or contact, fill in the required fields, and click Save to automatically add it to your CRM. No need to switch to Salesforce.
