Go to https://analytics.revenue.io/moments/notifications to configure your Moments™ notifications. Choose from four types of coaching triggers:
Checklist – Guide reps through key call actions step-by-step
Guidance – Provide relevant talking points and suggestions in real time
Behavior Alert – Flag quality concerns like interruptions or long silences
Compliance Reminder – Ensure reps meet legal and regulatory requirements during calls
If your screen is split with Salesforce on the right and the RingDNA Dialer on the left, click the blue circle in the bottom-right of the dialer to view your real-time coaching notifications.
In the Moments™ panel, you’ll see a live checklist. Items are automatically checked off when you say specific trigger phrases during the call.
Once the call starts, real-time notifications will appear. For example, a compliance alert may require you to say “recorded” or “this call is being recorded.” You can also click the circle to check it off manually.
In this example, saying “recording” automatically checks the box in real time. Any remaining checklist items can be completed manually with a simple click.
