Create and manage teams to tailor the Revenue.io experience to the unique needs of each group.
Navigate to the Teams icon to manage and create teams.
Click Create New Team or select an existing team name to begin managing it.
Enter a team name and description to provide clear structure and purpose.
Click Save to lock in the team name and enable member management.
Click the green plus icon to add users to the team’s member list.
Select the users who should be added as team members.
Click Save to confirm your team’s membership.
Assign “Listen In” privileges to any member so they can monitor other team members’ RingDNA calls like a supervisor.
Add supervisors to provide oversight and visibility into team activity on and off calls.
Add supervisors the same way you add members.
Enable Open Barge by setting it to True to allow all team members to join and listen to calls without needing specific permissions.
If Call Dispositions and Call Recordings are managed by team, configure the appropriate recording rules and disposition requirements here.
Customize which call dispositions are available for each team and call direction. This can be done regardless of whether dispositions are set to Manage by Team.
To remove a member from the team, click the red Remove “X” next to their name.
Confirm the removal to finalize the change.
Add both members and supervisors to the email notification list for call reports.
You can add unlimited users to this list as long as they are part of the team.
To include emails not tied to users, enter them into the Call Reports CC Email field and click Add. Add as many as needed to receive call report notifications.
Click Save after making any changes to ensure your updates are applied.
Use the Clone Team feature to duplicate teams quickly or create a call queue using the current team members.
