Configure Call Recordings in Revenue.io
Set up call recordings to stay compliant and enable impactful coaching.

Open the RingDNA menu on the left and select Call Recordings from the dropdown.

Select the menu for the types of calls you want to record.

Choose All to record both inbound and outbound calls and apply those settings across your organization. To manage recordings by team, check the box provided.

Accept the terms to proceed with enabling call recording.

Turn on recording announcements by call direction to stay compliant. Use the default announcement or upload your own custom version.

Always click Save after making any changes to your recording settings.

Open the advanced recording configuration options.

Decide whether users can pause and resume recordings. If enabled, choose whether recordings should begin automatically.

Select who is allowed to download call recordings.

Choose whether reps can see if a call is being recorded while it’s happening.

Assign which reps should have access to recorded calls.

Enable agent-only recordings if you want to record only the rep and not the customer.

Remember to click Save before navigating away from the page.

Click the tab labeled United States Granular Recording Controls.

Enable granular controls for the United States.

Set specific recording rules on a state-by-state basis as needed.

Finalize your settings by clicking Save.

Manage international call recording settings by country in the same manner.
